From the cover of the book to the publishing company materials, I\u2019ve used the image above as a recurring motif. It carries a deep meaning – one rooted in my vision of the void – and I wanted to share that here.<\/p>

I call the image Emergence<\/em>. It weaves together three distinct ideas:<\/p>

  1. The outer band of black<\/strong>, representing the void – an infinite fertile nothingness.<\/li>
  2. The inner tai chi symbol<\/strong>, expressing the interplay of the active and passive forces of reality.<\/li>
  3. The subtle pixelation<\/strong>, evoking the tiny points of light in my vision as nothing becomes, and the void gives rise to reality.<\/li><\/ol>

    Taken together, this symbol is the closest I\u2019ve come to expressing, in visual form, the architecture of my vision: a cosmos in which the seeds of reality are planted in the fertile ground of the void, and\u00a0nothing becomes.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
